UPDATE! Yes - I bought ANOTHER house with Andrew and SOLD my other house with Andrew. Sometimes I think I buy and sell houses because I just like working with Andrew so much. Or perhaps it's because he makes it so easy that I have no fears or concerns when it is time to move on to a new home.
Back in 2018, I was newly single and needed a house that a young single-income person could afford, that had a yard for my dog and a big enough garage for my jeep. Tough task hey? Not for Andrew. He found the most PERFECT house for me. I lived there for two glorious years and loved it so much.
But then I did a thing. Met someone, got married, and needed a bit more space for the rest of my (our) new life. So now I had to sell this perfect little home and needed to find a forever one. Obviously I called Andrew and BAM - just like that, the hardest part of my job was done. He took care of the rest. He sold my little house and found my forever home. PLUS, there was a week overlap between moving. I had a week to get all of my stuff out for the next folks so I didn't have to rush out BUT also didn't have to pay for two houses at once for very long at all. What kind of magician can make the timeline work out so perfectly? This guy.
Now let's talk about buying house #2. I don't get it, but COVID market was effed. So much competition. Yes, we offered on 5 houses before getting one BUT Andrew did not let me overbid on a house. He was honest about their value and did not let me (well, strongly discouraged - he will ultimately offer what the client wants in the end) spend more than I should (which for some realtors, is an absurd idea because you're basically saying no to being paid more commission). Andrew truly has his clients best interest in mind and will always put them first. 100%. When he spoke, I trusted what he was saying.
I can't possibly recommend him enough.

Why Real Estate?“Why?” is always the biggest question for me. I truly believe the why gives direction and purpose to what I do and how I do it.
My aspiration and inspiration for a career in real estate came from my own personal experience of purchasing my home and selling my condo.
During the purchasing process, I found myself hunting through many real-estate websites, driving by perspective homes, and going to as many open houses as I could. I soon discovered that I loved the “thrill” of hunting for the right home and thought I could easily provide the same experience to other people with a stress-free and more informative approach.
When it came to selling my condo, I couldn’t help but think of the best ways to go about it. I question why a Realtor would use their iPad to take pictures instead of hiring a professional to do them. I thought of how paid advertising could maximize awareness on my listing. The list goes on.
I took it upon myself to make these things happen and realized I could professionally do this in the most effective and efficient way for homebuyers and sellers. My financial background as an accountant for a property management company combined with my commitment to help people has truly made me being a Realtor a dream career for me.
